  • App Usage Data: Usage statistics and analytics data to improve the app experience (e.g., features used, session length, app performance). This data is collected through 3rd party analytics services.

We do not collect personal information such as your name or location data. We only collect data that is necessary to provide and improve the app experience.

2. How we use your data

  • Store and synchronize your pet's information and reminders across your devices using secure cloud storage.
  • Send you reminders and notifications for pet care tasks.
  • Improve app performance and user experience through analytics data collected via Firebase and Amplitude.
  • Analyze usage patterns and trends to understand how the app is used and identify areas for improvement, ensuring we provide the most value to our users.

All data collection is done solely to improve your experience and provide the most value. We never use your data for any purpose other than operating and improving the app.

We do not sell or share your personal data. We never sell your data to third parties for any purpose.

Your pet information and health records are stored securely on our servers (Firebase) and are only accessible to you through your authenticated account. We use third-party services to operate the app:

  • Firebase: Used for secure cloud storage of your pet data and app infrastructure. Firebase is a Google service that provides secure, encrypted storage.
  • Amplitude: Used for analytics to understand app usage patterns and improve the user experience. Analytics data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share data with these services as necessary to provide and improve the app functionality.
